[保健养生] 正在戒除手淫，好痛苦啊

我已经戒掉的手淫的恶习了，戒掉这个确实是个很艰苦的过程，时间也很长，主要是看个人的意志力，基本上就是尽可能的多转移一下注意力，不要去接触太多容易让自己兴奋又想法的东西（有老婆的让老婆帮着解决也可以），尝试多做做运动，让自己处于一种积极的生活状态，基本上过个半年左右，这种想法就会弱了很多很多，不过LZ首先要把电脑里的隐藏文件夹或者.avi,.rmvb, .mkv文件先删掉
